Dr. Paige

Dr. Paige Krabill has spent years working alongside Montessori Guides and educators in inclusive, neurodiverse classrooms across a wide range of settings.

Her work lives at the intersection of Montessori philosophy and the real, often complex conditions Guides are navigating today.

She supports educators as they work to stay aligned with observation, relationship, and the role of the prepared adult as an Aid to Life, especially when pressure, expectations, and complexity increase. Rather than offering quick fixes, compliance tools, or packaged programs, her work centers on strengthening trust in the Guide, the child, and the prepared environment.

Power of Observation reflects Dr. Paige’s lived experience supporting educators under pressure and her deep commitment to protecting observation as real, essential work that sustains inclusion and supports development, even when classrooms are active, diverse, and demanding.

Sarah

Sarah Messmore has supported children both within and beyond the Montessori classroom for almost twenty years.

An AMI-trained Primary Guide, she is a Trainer-in-Training with Association Montessori Internationale and a faculty member at the Montessori Institute of North Texas (MINT).

Sarah is committed to empowering both educators and parents in their roles so that they can function with greater skillfulness and emotional fulfillment, and, in turn, better support the incredible children in their care. Sarah’s work is founded in warm relationship, curiosity, and a deep belief in human potential - in children and adults alike. She works to bring the concept of “intelligent love” into all environments in which children abide.
